I went grocery shopping today and have been trying really hard to stcik to "grocery smarts" and this is what I came home with...I spent 44.07 and saved 128.32. I am so exited, I have learned a great way to build short-term food storage, spend less and get a lot more!

Isn't it so much fun and addicting. you must have went to Smith's. My groceries look a lot like yours for this week. My sister and Penny got me started on this about 2 months ago and I have saved so much. It is crazy!!!!!

My best deals are Walgreens and Albertsons. Luckily Darren works in Rock Springs where there is both stores. I have also had tons of luck at Macey's. I don't shop Wal-Mart anymore. yea!!!
